What information do we collect about you?

How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other Transdev products or services, including ticket offers, competitions and news articles we think may be of interest to you.
We use the information you’ve provided to us in order to notify you about changes to our routes or services, and to fulfil orders you’ve placed on the site, or through our mobile apps.
We use the information we’ve collected about you to administer our site to ensure everything’s working smoothly, for troubleshooting, data analysis, research and statistical purposes. We also use the information we’ve collected about you to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours and other companies in our group which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes, or from giving your information to other companies within the Transdev group.

Access to your information and correction

Disclosure of your information
We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006. We will not share your data with any third party organisation, except where it is necessary to deliver a product or service which you have requested (for example, when you buy a ticket on one of our apps, for which the technology is licensed from a third party vendor).
